Sailing characteristics are excellent. The higher freeboard (higher than most contemporary designs of the times) make her a very dry boat and she definitely lives up to the description of a performance cruiser. This boat sails exceptionally well and has won the LO 300 several times. It is know as a comfortable and fast cruiser/racer.
